Madonna is the Chief Administrative Officer, of Sunstor Insurance, in Jonesboro. She began her insurance career with Town & Country Insurance in 1996, which is now Sunstar Insurance. Her superior customer service, years of experience, extensive computer skills, and incomparable knowledge of all employee benefits, makes her a vital component to our team and any Employer Group. With her detailed knowledge of both, state and federal laws, she ensures compliance with all company and governmental guidelines during and throughout the enrollment and submission process. Madonna works hand in hand with employers, of all volumes, in the development and/or expansion of their own employee management systems. This allows her to help maximize employers’ payroll and benefits for each of their employees. Madonna is a licensed agent in Life and Health Insurance. She is proficient in HRIS and carrier/payroll integrations.
