David Todd

David is the Chief Operations Officer and President of Benefits with Sunstar Insurance of Arkansas. He is a 24+ year veteran in the insurance industry, specializing in Employee Benefits. After 20 years in the business, he and his team at the Todd Agency merged with Sunstar in May 2019. He is a licensed agent in Life and Health as well as Property and Casually Insurance. In addition, he has achieved the designation of Registered Health Underwriter. David works with employers of all sizes to aide them in navigating the ever-changing world of Employee Benefits. He continually stays up to date with Employee Benefit trends, lows, and mandates required at both the State and Federal levels. David has a vast knowledge of the industry, strong relations with carriers, and  strives to use those skills and relationships to provide superior customer service to all of his clients. In addition to helping his clients, he enjoys mentoring new agents as they begin their insurance  careers. David is a graduate of John Brown University and a native Arkansan.
